Proud Mama and Aunt!

Are these three the cutest kids or what?? I'm so proud to be related to these precious little ones. Merry Christmas from the Henderly/Hauge Gang! I still can't believe the cute baby in the picture is my VERY OWN!! I'm so in love with that little guy!

Cole is 2 months old!!

COULD HE GET ANY CUTER??? He is almost 9 weeks and weighing in at 9 lb 13 oz and 21 inches long!! And bringing us JOY everyday!!

1 MONTH OLD!!!

Everyone keeps reminding me what a tiny thing he is....but I feel like he's SO BIG! He has grown so much!! Love this precious boy!

GRATITUDE

Cole was born Thursday, September 9th at 8:41 pm
6 lbs and 18 1/2 inches

If anything makes me emotional over the past 11 days since our precious boy came into the world its an overflowing heart of GRATITUDE.

First, GRATITUDE to my savior for how he had his hand on our family over the past several weeks leading up to Cole's arrival. I know his hand is on us all the time but I really felt his presence during a time when there were a lot of unknowns. A time when normally I would have been scared and full of anxiety but in the few days leading up to Cole's delivery God gave me a beautiful peace...only the kind he can give.

Secondly, I have GRATITUDE for all our faithful friends and family who have lifted us up for weeks. You all have no idea how much it has meant to us knowing that all of you were praying. Thank you is not enough. Just know that I am thanking the Lord for all of YOU!

4 1/2 cm!

well, im 4 1/2 cm and dr. d is not going to let me go past 5. so it probably wont be much longer! we will try to do amniocenticis today but only if there is a good pocket of fluid. so pray for ease of test and mature fluid. also that my water doesnt break....bc that will put me in an emergency situation with the risk of coles foot and cord coming through my cervix and we dont want that to happen. also pray for good healthy lungs! so please lift us up in prayer and this baby boy will soon arrive!

in the hospital! 36 weeks and 4 days

Hello friends,

we got admitted into the hospital late tuesday afternoon due to contractions. with meds they have stopped them for the most part and i have not made anymore progressions. tomorrow they what to do an amniocentesis to check the maturity of the fluid which will also indicate how mature cole's lungs are. they goal is to hold off delivery until saturday.

please pray for the following:

contractions dont pick up

my water does NOT break

the amnio goes well and shows signs of a mature baby

peace and comfort in gods plan for jason and myself

that we dont deliver until saturday

that cole flips....still breech, but ive surrendered to a c section

YEAH for 33 WEEKS!!

Got great news today!! Fetal Fibernectin test was negative for the second time!! Also, I am holding strong at 2cm (3 weeks and counting on the 2cm) and 30% effaced!! GREAT news all around! Now I feel like I can relax and enjoy my awesome BABY SHOWERS coming up!! And get the nursery ready!! THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS!! We are so GRATEFUL!! Will post nursery pictures SOON!!

My test was NEGATIVE! Which means Baby Cole should not be here for at least 2 more weeks! I go back to the doctor on Thursday. I am 2 cm dilated but lets all just pray I stay that way!!!!! I'll keep you posted!! Please keep praying!

Other news:

We did not get much done in the baby's room, but we did buy paint. And I ordered this print below!! Can't wait to get it! It will say Cole in the bottom corner....not Eloise!

DILATED AND FLIPPED!

Hello Blog World! I know there are only 4 people that read this but by chance there are more.... I thought you should have an update on Baby Cole Patrick Henderly!! He is Frank Breech which you can clearly see in this photo I have posted. He could suck his toe instead of his thumb if he so chooses!! Also, as of TODAY I am 30 weeks and 3 days and "a fingertip dilated"!!!!!!!!!! Cole needs to stay put for a while longer so please pray that he does!!! I go back to the doctor later this week for a test that helps determine if I'm at risk for an early delivery!! If the test is positive my doctor will put me on steroids and not sure what else will happen besides pray and wait! Of course we hope the test shows no signs of Cole coming early and that my "fingertip" stays a "fingertip". Please say a pray for US!!! We are trusting that God's plan for Cole and future MOM and DAD is perfect!! In the meantime I'm planning a work day at my house this weekend to get the nursery ready!! No more procrastination!! THANKS IN ADVANCED FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR OUR FAMILY!! I will post an update when we know more!!
